Job Description

As part of our Internship program continued growth, we are offering the Fixed term Product Engineering Internship position for students during summer vacation.

Intern Product Engineer ensures manufactured integrated circuits meet all necessary requirements before they reach the customer. You will be involved in variety of cross functional tasks to ramp up and sustain mass production of Mixed-signal and Power integrated circuits for industrial and automotive markets.

Required Skills

• Analyze production and test data, identify yield losses and/or potentials
• Communication with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
• Take part in yield enhancement and Failure Analysis activities
• Hold lot disposition based on technical assessment of test data
• Support product qualification (HTOL, bHAST, ESD, LU etc.) and electrical parameter assessment (Characterization)
• Learn applicable standards and internal quality procedures
  
  

All critical activities are done under supervision at the entry stage.

Qualifications

• BSc degree or student (3rd year or higher) in Electrical Engineering or other related disciplines
• Basic knowledge of Analog and Digital Electronics
• Basic programming skills (Python, C#, VBA, R or similar)
• Basic knowledge of Statistical Data Analysis techniques
• Intermediate English both written and spoken
• Good communication skills and positive attitude
• Fast learner
