What You’ll Do On a Typical Day

• Develop and maintain comprehensive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable business intelligence.
• Design, optimize, and manage SQL databases to ensure data integrity and efficient data retrieval.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders globally to understand reporting requirements and translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Perform advanced data analysis and create predictive models to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct regular performance tuning and optimization of database queries and reporting processes.
• Implement data visualization techniques to communicate complex insights in an easily understandable format.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Business Intelligence and data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI desktop, web plus other Microsoft Fabric applications are advantage.
• Strong SQL database management skills.
• Experience with data modeling and dimensional modeling.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Advanced Excel and other modeling languages such as Python, R are highly regarded.
