Job Description

Position : Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

1.       Collecting, cleaning, and analysing large datasets using statistical software and tools, such as R and Python.

2.       Creating and maintaining data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.

3.       Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.

4.       Conducting ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions and strategies.

5.       Developing and maintaining data quality standards and processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.

6.       Communicating complex data findings in clear and concise language to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1.       Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

2.       Strong proficiency in at least one statistical programming language, such as R or Python.

3.       Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau or Power BI.

4.       Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and techniques, such as ETL and data modelling.

5.       Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data sets.

6.       Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

7.       Familiarity with machine learning and predictive modelling techniques is a plus.

8.       Minimum Experience  = 3-5 YRS
