Mid-level Product Owner

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate closely with the development team, designers, stakeholders, and other Product Owners to ensure alignment and value delivery.
Participate in agile ceremonies to ensure the smooth flow of the development process.
Communicate product progress, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders clearly and transparently.
Act as the main point of contact for product-related questions and clarifications.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Gather feedback from users (when possible) and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
Analyze the legacy product (as-is) to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities for the new version.

REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Mastery of Product Discovery, Product Strategy, and Product Roadmap techniques.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed product decisions.
Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as MURAL, Miro, Notion, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Slack, etc.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) for communication with stakeholders and international teams.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS (not mandatory, but will make you stand out):

Proficiency in Spanish
Knowledge of Jira
