Role Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition initiatives across Australia.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment practices.
• Enhance employer branding and visibility to attract candidates.
• Establish relationships with universities and professional networks.
• Monitor industry trends to stay ahead in talent acquisition.
• Implement diversity and inclusion strategies in hiring processes.
• Train and mentor recruitment team members to ensure best practices.
• Assess and improve recruitment metrics for better performance.
• Facilitate and conduct interviews while evaluating candidate suitability.
• Negotiate job offers and coordinate with HR for onboarding.
• Manage recruitment budgets and resources effectively.
• Compile reports for management on recruitment metrics and outcomes.

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide a team.
• Excellent strategic planning abilities and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and using metrics to drive recruitment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven networking abilities to engage with potential candidates.
• Expertise in modern interview techniques and selection methodologies.
• Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Knowledge of diversity recruitment strategies and practices.
• Ability to mentor and coach others in recruitment best practices.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong negotiation skills in managing job offers.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations in Australia.
• Passion for building long-term relationships with candidates.
