Your Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust firmware architectures for cutting-edge connected devices

• Program in C/C++ for resilient embedded systems supporting protocols such as BLE, WiFi, LoRa, and cellular IoT

• Oversee the complete firmware lifecycle: from design and testing to release and continuous optimization

• Collaborate across hardware, software, and product teams to deliver market-ready innovations

• Influence technical strategy and product roadmap through active stakeholder engagement

Your Profile – Expertise Meets Passion

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware development using C/C++ and RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS, Zephyr, ESP-IDF)

• Familiarity with Linux build systems (Yocto, Buildroot) and wireless protocols (BLE, WiFi, LTE Cat-M1)

• Solid hardware knowledge with proven skills in debugging and optimizing MCU/SOM environments

• Bonus: Experience in full-stack or app development

• Languages: Fluent in both German and English

• Mindset: A curious problem-solver with a passion for IoT and continuous learning
