Mobile Developer

• Baseline Clearance required

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile solutions to the defined requirements.
• As part of a team, work collaboratively to design new components or enhancements to existing functions.
• Provide detailed technical and professional advice in relation to complex problems, including presentations and walk throughs.
• Collaborate with design and business stakeholders to provide optimal solution to meet business requirements.
• Contribute to the team with ideas for continuous improvement.
• Manage the relationship with relevant technical teams to ensure effective communication leading to prompt resolution of issues;
• Participate and provide updates in daily stand-up meetings facilitated by Project Manager.

Essential Criteria:

• Excellent technical skills in mobile development, using MAUI and Microsoft technologies.
• Experience in developing cross-platform apps on iOS, Android and Windows.
• Strong C# understanding
• Ability to discuss technical issues/solutions with both technical and non-technical staff, to lead system development.
• Understanding of mobile development, testing environments and deployment scenarios
• Excellent business facilitation and presentation skills
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to research new tools and techniques
• Experience with agile methodologies

• Experience in the Agile/SAFe team development methodology to support co-design and facilitation of daily interaction with key business and technical representatives.
• Experience working in an Agile transformation program of work.
• Highly motivated and the ability to work with limited supervision and achieve results.
