Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.

This role is contributing to the IS Services globally.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Acts as a Subject Matter Expert and focal point in consumer device management service area including Windows endpoints, Mobile endpoints iOS/Android, Mac devices.
• Key contributor to the overall design, transformation of the automated device provisioning process.
• Works with the Architecture team to create state of the art solution aligned with core IS strategy and landscape.
• Translate business requirements in a technical solution meeting business demand.
• Coordinates incidents and changes as needed. Receive and manage escalations.
• Collaborates with Service Desk/Expert Desk/Vendors for ensuring faster resolution of incidents.
• Collaborates with other teams to maintain operational efficiency.
• Steers internal teams as well as supplier to achieve operational excellence.
• Identifies, delivers and manages the CSI.
  
  

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or similar
• Certifications required- ITIL v4 Foundation, Microsoft Azure
• Certifications preferred- JAMF 200 or 300
• Experience with enterprise grade end-to-end device management is critical to success
