Our focus is on interior and garden decor, and we’re seeking someone who can turn concepts into tangible, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs. 🌟 About the Role As our Industrial Designer, you’ll lead the design process from ideation through to final prototypes. Success in this role looks like:Delivering compelling, trend-forward product designs that resonate with our audience.Collaborating with our team to translate creative ideas into detailed CAD and 3D models.Taking initiative, proposing fresh concepts, and solving design challenges with originality. This position plays a vital role in shaping our product line and brand identity. 🎯 ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop new products for interior and garden decor categories.Create technical drawings, CAD files, and 3D renders to communicate design intent.Research materials, production methods, and market trends to guide design decisions.Collaborate closely with the product development team to refine designs for prototyping and manufacturing.Present and pitch design concepts internally and to external partners as needed.Maintain awareness of sustainability and user-centered design principles throughout the process. ✅ QualificationsProven experience in industrial design, preferably in decor, homewares, or related industries.Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Rhino, SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and 3D design/rendering tools (e.g., KeyShot, Blender, or similar).A strong design portfolio showcasing both creativity and technical skill.Excellent visual communication and presentation abilities.A unique design style and a strong sense of aesthetics.Degree in Industrial Design or a related field preferred, but not required with the right experience. 📍 Location: Flexible/Remote
