We are seeking applications for a Junior Digital Marketing Officer to join our Marketing team at Greensborough VIC, on a permanent part-time basis.
The Junior Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for supporting the planning, creation, and execution of digital marketing campaigns—primarily across social media platforms—to drive engagement, generate qualified leads, and grow awareness of St John of God Accord’s NDIS services. This role plays a key part in promoting values-driven support for people with disabilities.
The Position
- Create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn in line with the marketing calendar
- Write engaging, accessible captions and choose appropriate visuals (including accessible alt text where needed)
- Contribute to campaigns aimed at increasing enquiries and referrals into NDIS services, including short and long term accommodation, skill building through support coordination, group programs and 1:1 support, and allied health
- Assist with designing digital assets (using Canva or similar) that align with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather stories, testimonials, and service updates
- Track and report on social media metrics using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, and LinkedIn Analytics
Successful applicants must hold a relevant certificate/diploma level qualification or demonstrate more than 2 years of relevant industry experience.

We can offer you
- Salary: $74,031 to $79,388 (pro-rata for part-time) plus 11.5% Superannuation
- Permanent part-time, working 15 hours per week (flexible)
