My client, a leading software company, is seeking to hire a HR Generalist. They are an established Irish software company who have been growing consistently over the last 10 years and can boast some of the biggest brands in the world as clients.
As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring a seamless employee experience, and contributing to the broader strategic goals of the business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and support the development of the growing, diverse workforce while fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. This is a full-time position based in Dublin with hybrid working options available.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries, offering advice and support on a range of HR matters including performance management, conflict resolution, and wellbeing.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to oversee the recruitment lifecycle, from job posting, to interviews and offer management
- Performance Management: Support managers in implementing performance reviews and appraisals. Provide guidance on goal-setting, coaching, and employee development.
- Compliance: Ensure the company remains compliant with Irish employment law, including maintaining accurate HR records, contracts, and policy updates.
- Learning & Development: Work closely with the HR Manager to design and implement training programmes that support employees’ growth and career progression.
- HR Policies & Procedures: Assist in the creation, maintenance, and communication of HR policies, ensuring alignment with company culture and legal requirements.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programmes, including health insurance, pension schemes, and wellness initiatives.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate HR data, provide insights on trends, and generate reports that help shape HR strategies and decision-making.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. CIPD certification is a plus.
- Experience: 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Team Player: A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team while also being comfortable managing tasks independently.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
