IT Delivery Lead

We are seeking a talented IT Delivery Lead with a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management to join our dynamic Estonia-Finland cross-border teams. Your role will involve driving innovative services and products in the CRM solutions area in Elisa.

Your responsibilities in Elisa will be:

• Project Management
• Improving agile practices
• Planning & requirements and deployment and operations management
• Best-practices in software integration and delivery
• Providing key insights to stakeholders
• Leadership to the team

Ideal Candidate: Experienced IT project manager with at least 3 years in leading agile software delivery. They excel at cross-border team leadership, agile process improvement, and driving end-to-end project execution. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and a proactive mindset are essential. The ideal candidate will possess an open and collaborative attitude, coupled with a strong "get it done" mindset.
