Software Architect

My client are looking for a Software Architect to join their engineering team in Tampere. In this role, you’ll shape the foundation of our platform and help guide architectural decisions across multiple products using Golang, TypeScript, and AWS.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead architecture and system design for modern cloud-native applications
• Define best practices and technical direction across backend and frontend systems
• Develop core components and services in Golang and TypeScript
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, DevOps, and product owners
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of solutions deployed on AWS
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews to uphold high standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in an architectural or lead role
• Strong proficiency in Golang, TypeScript, and cloud-native development
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, API Gateway, etc.)
• Solid understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and infrastructure as code (Terraform/CDK)
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
