Join our Network Management Architecture and Specification (A&S) team as a System Architect. In this role, you'll convert customer, business, and architecture requirements into technical specifications, designing and specifying solutions for network management in telecom networks.
You'll lead the design, specification, and implementation of large-scale software while contributing to architecture evolution and system-wide expertise. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Specify and maintain Network Management System (NMS) requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and operational goals.
- Analyze and capture comprehensive customer feature requirements that encompass business, technical, and non-functional aspects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, contributing insights and recommendations for new features within NMS and relevant network elements (NE).
- Address and clarify feature definition and requirements inquiries from development teams promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with product management, architects, and technical experts to define robust solutions that drive architectural evolution.
- Serve as a technical expert and leader during customer interactions, ensuring expert-level support and guidance.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and competence development across functional areas to enhance team capabilities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of specification processes, workflows, and tools, driving operational excellence.
You have:
- Senior-level software industry experience
- Expertise in Network Management Systems (Fault, Performance, Configuration, Security management)
- Experience in customer requirements analysis, architecture/specification documentation, software development lifecycle, and application development
- Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, coding (Java, GoLang), scripting (Shell, Python), and automation tools (Ansible, Robot)
- Good knowledge of mobile network technologies (Radio and Core domain)
- Proficiency in JavaEE, SOAP, REST API, Spring Boot, Websphere, CSS, React, and Oracle
- Continuous Integration pipeline knowledge, version control (Git/Gerrit), DevOps, Jenkins, Helm
- Strong communication skills work in multi-site and multi-cultural teams
