Cloud Architect

My client is looking for a motivated expert to lead their cloud architecture efforts in Espoo. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for enterprise-level projects and cloud-native applications.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement AWS-based architectures that are reliable, scalable, and secure
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure cloud best practices are followed
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality cloud services
• Guide teams in adopting infrastructure as code, automation, and DevOps principles
• Act as a subject matter expert on AWS services and cloud-native design patterns
• Provide architectural leadership in workshops, proof-of-concepts, and client engagements

Requirements:

• Several years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying solutions on AWS
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and automation
• Expertise in services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, ECS/EKS, and VPC
• Experience with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation)
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional or Associate) is a strong plus
