Data Analyst – Fintech (Remote/Hybrid)

Full-time | Location: Paris, France

A fast-growing fintech company is looking for a Data Analyst to help drive data-informed decisions across the business. You’ll work closely with Finance, Ops, and Risk teams, building dashboards, running analysis, and developing statistical models to solve real-world challenges like credit risk and fraud detection.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems with data
• Develop models for forecasting, fraud detection, and performance tracking
• Turn complex data into actionable insights

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in data analyst position
• Strong Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and SQL skills
• Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, or Looker)
• Solid stats knowledge and problem-solving ability
• Clear communicator who can turn data into business decisions
