DevOps & Infrastructure Developer
Location: Berlin
Duration: 24-month ANÜ assignment
Weekly Hours: 40
Remote Work: Up to 60%
Security Requirement: NfD briefing required (no clearance needed)
Languages: German (fluent – C1), English (basic)
Salary: upto €110,000pa
We are currently recruiting for a DevOps & Infrastructure Developer to support the development of next-generation secure communication systems within a globally respected technology leader in Berlin. The company operates at the intersection of defence, security, and communications, delivering advanced solutions that support critical infrastructure and national defence systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within an agile Scrum team across the full software development lifecycle, focusing on CI/CD and release management.
- Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate build and release processes.
- Take ownership of work packages including estimation, planning, and delivery within agreed timelines.
- Partner with other development teams to improve and support CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.
- Stay informed about new technologies and suggest innovative approaches to technical challenges.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Several years of hands-on experience in software development and DevOps environments.
- Strong expertise in Linux system administration.
- Analytical thinker with a quick grasp of complex topics and enthusiasm for new technologies.
- Collaborative and proactive with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team success.
Technical Skills (Preferred):
- Programming: C/C++, Python, Rust
- Tools & Technologies: GCC, Git, Jenkins, Docker
- Environments: Unix/Linux
- Concepts: Ethernet protocols, CI/CD pipelines
