Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and strategic Product Owner (Junior to Manager level) to help drive the development and success of our digital products. Whether you're early in your product journey or bring several years of leadership experience, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and make a meaningful impact on product direction and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities to development teams
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it's prioritized and up to date
- Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and engineers throughout the product lifecycle
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to guide improvements
- Ensure timely delivery of features that align with business goals
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and daily standups as needed
Qualifications (Junior Level):
- 0–2 years of experience in product, project, or business analysis roles
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and product development cycles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with a desire to grow into product leadership
Qualifications (Manager Level):
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver successful products
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Strategic thinking combined with attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills
