We're now hiring a Lead DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of experience to spearhead DevOps strategy, infrastructure automation, and cross-functional alignment in a global engineering environment.
🗺️ Role Overview
As Lead DevOps Engineer, you will:
- Own the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Write production-grade code (Python & Node.js) for internal tooling, monitoring, and automation.
- Drive DevOps culture and best practices across a distributed team of engineers.
- Architect secure, reliable, and scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) using Terraform or similar tools.
- Implement container orchestration via Kubernetes and Docker.
- Lead efforts in observability, release engineering, incident response, and infrastructure security.
- Continuously evolve deployment workflows to improve speed, reliability, and resilience.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- 10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering, including team leadership in remote/distributed setups.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python and/or Node.js.
- Deep expertise in AWS or GCP, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).
- Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native security best practices.
- Proficient with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Skilled with monitoring/logging stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki).
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of service meshes, serverless architectures, or edge deployments.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001).
- Experience mentoring DevOps engineers or scaling DevOps in startup/scale-up environments.
