UX Designer - Paid Summer Internship 

Location: Hybrid  London office in U.K. or Dublin office in Ireland

Position Summary:

You’ll gain hands-on experience across the many facets of a design career, contribute to impactful Research Operations initiatives, and help champion design thinking across the organization. Your Day-to-Day: 

• Conduct internal research and contribute to Research Operations initiatives, translate findings into insights and workflow improvements. 
• Contribute to and support documentation for Design and UX Research processes, templates, and guidelines.
• Take part in the Design Community of Practice activities.
• Collaborate with fellow designers, developers, product managers, and internal subject matter experts, contributing to daily design tasks. 
• Learn about the specifics of different infrastructure software products through observing research activities.  
  
  
  

What You Bring to The Team: 

• Great problem-solving skills. Bonus points for a portfolio that demonstrates this.  
• Basic familiarity with user research methods, tools, and techniques. A plus if you:
• … contributed to a workshop facilitation,
• … are familiar with design sprints methodology,
• …contributed to personas and journeys development.
• Basic familiarity with (AI-powered) design tools (Figma, Miro, TheyDo, research repositories and like).
• Endless curiosity and eagerness to learn while collaborating with the teams to understand the problem domain.
• You are an undergraduate in one of the following fields: HCI, UX Design, UX Research, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, Psychology, Journalism or equivalent.
