Translated is a world-leading language technology and services company. We build proprietary technology, combining state-of-the-art AI with expert human services, to help the biggest companies in the world go global.
TranslationOS (TOS) is Translated’s enterprise-grade localization platform, designed for companies that operate at global scale. Customers like Airbnb, Uber, and Glovo rely on it to manage their localization workflows with full transparency, control, and efficiency.
TOS combines automation, AI, and a human-in-the-loop approach to provide unparalleled quality and scalability. It’s a deeply technical B2B platform that seamlessly connects content, translators, MT, QA, analytics, and billing.
We are looking for a Director of Product to lead the evolution of TranslationOS.
This is a high-impact role that blends product strategy, team leadership, and cross-functional execution. You will drive the roadmap of TOS, managing a lean, high-performing team and working closely with engineering, UX, and executive stakeholders to drive outcomes that matter.
What You’ll Do
As Director of Product, you will report directly to the VP of Enterprise Products, a seasoned leader in AI-driven localization who sets the overall product direction. You'll work closely together to translate strategic goals into actionable plans. You will also partner tightly with the Director of Engineering, who oversees three engineering teams (Customer-Facing Features, Back Office, and Integrations), ensuring that product development is both customer-centric and aligned with company priorities.
In This Role, You Will
- Steer the product vision and roadmap for TOS in alignment with the strategic direction set by the VP of Enterprise Products.
- Lead and coach a product team consisting of a Product Manager, a Product Delivery Manager, and a dedicated UX Designer.
- Collaborate tightly with the Director of Engineering to ensure alignment across three development teams (Customer-Facing Features, Back Office, and Integrations).
- Represent the voice of the customer by working closely with Account Managers and clients to deeply understand enterprise localization workflows, pain points, and opportunities, translating those insights into actionable product decisions.
- Drive discovery, prioritization, and delivery of features that create value for some of the world’s most global organizations.
- Ensure the team builds with quality, scalability, and enterprise needs in mind.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience building complex B2B platforms, preferably in localization, SaaS, or enterprise tech.
- A proven track record of leading product teams from strategy to delivery and iteration.
- Strong technology background understanding of agile development methodologies and product discovery practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you’re as comfortable in a customer call as you are in a sprint planning meeting. Strong level of English required.
- Experience working closely with design and engineering counterparts.
- A passion for building products that solve real problems for global users.
- Background in localization or translation technologies.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and long-term client relationships.
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled platforms or automation tools.
- Experience working in fast-paced scale-up or tech startup environments.
