Head of Project Management

Aerones is seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Project Management to lead our project management team. This strategic role involves overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that we achieve our ambitious goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to the project management team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
Foster strong relationships with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a high-growth environment
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on results-oriented approaches
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders
