Our customer is the UK’s leading Insurance company. The insurance business is with a high level of complexity that allows us to grow together with our customers and provide high-level professional services. Our development and support teams in Latvia are delivering both new features and projects based on new modern such as ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET WebAPI, .NET Core, Electron, and React, meanwhile supporting the base platform on ASP.NET WebForms with MS SQL database (ADO.NET) and jQuery/Bootstrap/Webpack in Front-end. Tasks Include
- Work closely together with the development team to provide support in quality assurance;
- Create, maintain and manage test plans and scenarios;
- Tracking quality and verifying the fixes;
- Produce test reports, analyze test results and improve test plans accordingly;
- Give a product demonstration to client representatives.
- At least 3+ years of experience within software testing, QA methodologies;
- Experience working with Agile testing best practices for web applications;
- Experience in testing Soap and REST APIs using scripts and industry-standard tools (Postman, SoapUI, etc.);
- Experience with SQL and/or MongoDB;
- Experience analyzing business requirements, functional specifications and collaborating with product owners and clients;
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English).
- Experience with the insurance business domain;
- Experience in using test management tools (for example, x-ray).
- Compensation: Competitive monthly salary ranging from 2300-3000.00 EUR Gross, commensurate with qualifications.
