You have the following skills:


  • Basic LINUX skills
  • Oracle SQL Developer
  • Atlassian JIRA, Confluence
  • Basic knowledge in API
  • Windows, Mac Basic user knowledge
  • Zabbix
  • English, Russian, Latvian - at least B2 level, good written knowledge


Will be considered as an advantage:


  • Knowledge of the payment card industry
  • Experience in payment card processing
  • Knowledge of payment card issuing process


What you'll do:


  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers
  • Inform customers about service availability, modernization works, incidents
  • Participate in the incident management process
  • Participate in payment card processing and authorization flows
  • Participate in the customer integration process
  • Update internal documentation and knowledge base
