We are looking for a Junior Accountant responsible for processing incoming invoices and fixed asset accounting.

AS OUR JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT YOU WILL

• Bookkeeping and Data Entry (Record day-to-day financial transactions, post journal entries and maintain general ledgers, process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments)
• Deal with reconciliation accounts (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, reconciliation of bank statements)
• Support with accounting of fixed assets
• Deal with reporting for the Lithuanian Department of Statistics and Customs
• Investigate and resolve issues related to bills processing 
• Provide support to colleagues and assist with audits 

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, or a related field.
• A proficient knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Experience with trial balances and general ledger management
• Have a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines
• Have basic knowledge of accounting software
• Fluent in English (B2 level and above)
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• A creative approach to problem-solving

SALARY

– Fixed part of the salary depending on work experience: 1700-2000  EUR gross + annual salary supplements.
