Marketing Project Manager

Manage and execute marketing campaigns for private customer financing, investment, and saving solutions;
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery;
Coordinate and oversee 3rd-party cooperation for client offers;
Analyse campaign performance using various analytical tools and translate data into actionable insights;
Apply digital marketing knowledge to optimize customer communication and channel performance;
Work independently and drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion;
Contribute to the tactical development and execution of consumer financing offers.

What is needed in this role:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
Experience in marketing project management or digital marketing;
Proven track record in managing campaigns and working with external partners;
Proficient in analytical and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics);
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign performance metrics;
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;
Excellent communication and coordination skills;
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently;
Have a good command of English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively among Baltic counterparties.
