We are seeking a Solutions Architect to join our team in Lisbon, Brussels or Luxembourg, with a solid background in ICT Infrastructure and Operations Managed Services, ideally with hands-on experience responding to complex customer’s requirements. This is a key role where you'll combine deep technical insight with strategic thinking and persuasive writing to design winning solutions.

Your Mission

As our Solution Architect, you will:

• Analyse technical trends, customer’s challenges and requirements.
• Design end-to-end solutions that align with both the technical and strategic goals of the customer.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, delivery) and technology partners to shape the best possible solution.
• Write clear, compelling, and tailored technical solutions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible, customer-focused language.
• Ensure solutions cover a broad range of environments (Cloud, On Premises, Hybrid) through Managed Services best practices.
• Design and integrate networking and collaboration solutions, including VoIP and unified communications platforms.
• Support the team throughout the solution lifecycle, including oral presentations or clarifications, when required.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in the IT sector.
• Strong technical background in ICT infrastructure architectures and Operations Managed Services, including service desk.
• Strong technical background in networking, infrastructure, and collaboration solutions.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft technologies, Cisco platforms, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or equivalent.
• Good knowledge on Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and hybrid IT environments.
• Good understanding of ITIL best practices and how they apply to managed services and solution design.
• Excellent technical writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured, and persuasive presentations and documentation.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with technical, sales, and delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to travel.
