The role of the Product Manager is to manage our telecoms fixed voice and data products’ portfolio in order to ensure the development efficiency, profitability, maximum sales and minimum churn:
• Define and execute the product roadmap
• Partner with technical leads to design services that are robust, secure, scalable, and aligned with telecoms best-practices
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to prioritize features, improvements, and service evolution
• Own the full product lifecycle: from requirements gathering and service definition to launch, iteration, and decommissioning.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to continuously improve offerings.
• Ensure services are compliant with regulatory, security, and operational standards
• Lead initiatives to increase adoption and awareness across internal stakeholders and customer base
Your profile:
• 5+ years of experience in product management in the telecoms industry
• Strong expertise of fixed-line technologies, broadband, VoIP, and network infrastructure
• Good understanding of emerging trends like IoT, 5G, cloud-based technologies
• Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts
• Proficient in utilizing corporate AI assistants and other productivity tools
• Excellent business acumen
• Excellent presentation skills and autonomy
• Fluent in English and French
