Senior Product Manager-Technical, EU INTech SelEx

Description

EU International Technology is looking for experienced Sr Product Management Technical to lead our Selection Expansion Team in Europe. As the Sr Product Manager-Technical, you will work closely with senior business leaders to create a vision and define the product strategy and roadmap.

This Product Suite Focuses On Two Core Areas

• Developing solutions to help selling partners expand their listings across stores and regions
• Improving the selection variety, quality and prices for our customers
  
  

Here you will work with a dedicated engineering team to prioritize initiatives that solve endemic customer-facing problems, bring clarity to complex problems, take calculated risks, and make the case for investment/divestment decisions to maximise ROI.

This role is highly visible – it has a broad scope, and has a high impact on Amazon’s strategic 3Y plans in a multi-billion dollar area of our business. Proven experience in developing and managing a major product (or suite of products) is essential. You must have experience in preparing documentation for senior executives and curating a roadmap to deliver strategic objectives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a necessity.

The Primary Responsibilities Of This Role Include

• Define the long-term product strategy and vision to meet customer needs and technologies
• Set product definitions and define roadmaps including a measurable success criteria to launch them at an Amazon scale
• Prioritise the launch of product features in order to drive maximum customer impact
• Work with engineering teams, and drive alignment, to execute on your vision
• Own engagement for your portfolio of products, work directly with a range of cross-functional teams including senior business executives, engineering managers/engineers, and designers
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
• Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
• Experience with end to end product delivery
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
• Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools
• Experience with technologies like Hadoop, Rules based systems and Machine learning
