Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Project Manager – Data Migration:

• Lead a project to decommission several applications, ensuring complete system shutdown and disconnection.
• Oversee end to end data migration and legal archiving, including customer data, client files, and financial reporting documents.
• Develop and execute strategies for data relevance assessment, cleanup, and metadata creation to support future legal and compliance needs.
• Manage a crossfunctional team of 10+ professionals (developers, data experts, testers) to deliver project goals on time and within scope.
• Ensure compliance with international, regional, specific jurisdiction data retention and localization regulations.
• Align archiving efforts across three systems (global, regional, and local) and support legal obligations across three data retention categories: Legal Hold, Legal Archiving, and Information Archiving.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and IT stakeholders to ensure regulatory readiness and auditability.
• Track progress, mitigate risks, and report regularly to senior leadership.

How do we imagine our future Senior Project Manager – Data Migration?

• At least 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale IT data migration and decommissioning initiatives.
• Proven expertise in legal and regulatory archiving, data privacy, GDPR, and compliance-driven data lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and handling of sensitive client data across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams under strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with metadata standards, data retention policies, and archiving best practices.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• English and French mandatory, other languages are considered an important plus.
