TMC Luxembourg is looking for a Project Manager for one of its clients.

About This Vacancy

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support the improvement of project delivery within the IT department. The goal is to increase the maturity and consistency of project management practices, enhance communication and visibility, and clarify roles and responsibilities in transversal projects.

Your Mission Will Focus On

• Assessing current project management maturity and performance across IT.
• Proposing and implementing an improvement plan, based on market best practices and aligned with company standards.
• Designing a formalized and practical project management framework tailored to the specific needs of the IT department.
• Improving visibility, coordination, and ownership across active and upcoming projects.
• Supporting and coaching team leaders, engineers, and technicians acting as project managers.
• Leading and managing selected IT projects directly, ensuring alignment with the newly defined methodology.
  
  

What We Expect From You

• Proven experience in IT project management, including transversal and technical projects.
• Strong understanding of project governance frameworks and ability to tailor methodologies to real-world constraints.
• Experience in change management and process improvement.
• Ability to assess, structure, and formalize project practices in a pragmatic and collaborative way.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Capable of coaching and guiding non-expert project contributors toward more structured delivery.
