AnchorLess was founded in 2022 by four French entrepreneurs who experienced firsthand the complexities of relocating to Portugal. We started by mastering Portuguese relocation services, and now we're expanding across Europe with the goal of becoming the go-to platform for seamless European relocation. We are now a fantastic team of 10 people driving this company and we're fully bootstrapped and profitable, which allows us to prioritize the best work conditions:

💻 What will be your mission

• Develop and maintain the AnchorLess platform - building new features that enhance the user relocation experience
• Solve complex technical challenges - tackle the problems that come with building a legal-tech relocation platform
• Cross team development with our Design, Support and Operations teams to understand real customer pain points and solve them
• Drive technical solutions that help us expand into new markets (B2B services, Spain relocation, and beyond)
• Help the CTO establish a robust, scalable codebase that will support our growth for years to come
• Create internal APIs and automation tools that supercharge our delivery processes
• Build and optimize our development workflow using AI and cutting-edge autonomous tools

⭐ The perfect Full Stack Developer we're looking for:

• Has at least ~3 years of hands-on experience with Laravel and React JS
• Is eager to contribute to a startup scaling across Europe
• Uses AI IDEs and advanced LLMs as core productivity tools in daily workflow
• Is rigorous, ambitious, and proactive in their approach to development
• Understands the real challenges of relocation from personal experience
• Excels in remote work with a home or coworking setup
• Speaks English fluently

Please note:

• Applications without 2-3 years of Laravel and React JS experience will not be considered
• Resume must be submitted in English

• Initial screening - Complete 2 brief questionnaires to ensure mutual alignment
• First meeting - Meet with our CTO to discuss your experience and our technical approach
• Hands-on assessment - Complete a practical technical assignment
• Solution presentation & discussion - Present the work to the CTO
• Fit Meeting - Connect with the rest of the team
• Welcome aboard - You become part of the team as our new Full Stack Developer!
