For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
  • Strong hands-on experience with supervised and unsupervised learning, survival analysis, time series modeling, and statistical forecasting
  • Skilled in building predictive models (e.g., churn, user journey, sales) using behavioral data
  • Proficient in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn
  • Experience with model training, versioning, and monitoring
  • Solid MLOps background: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, SageMaker, MLflow, observability tools, and feature stores
  • English level of B2 or higher
  • Availability to work in a fully remote environment from Portugal
