Strategic Purchasing Project Manager

Your Contribution

  • Evaluate existing processes and organize work in areas of operation
  • Identify and eliminate losses as part of a continuous improvement process
  • Organize and plan meetings, workshops and events (internal/external), as well asprepare and monitor the resulting work package meetings
  • Conduct project analyses and research
  • Responsible for managing the supply protection process
  • Responsible for implementing various projects
  • Ensure compliance with project objectives, budget control and project status reports
  • Maintain and monitor action plans and deliverables and prepare professionalpresentations and documentation for high-level management audiences (presentations, emails, etc.)
  • Transfer to the responsible departments with the necessary status control (actions and scheduling offollow-up actions)
  • Customer-focused teamwork, organization-based cost optimization
  • Implement lessons learned processes with internal project partners
  • Support knowledge management and the local environment by developing and implementing expertise, consulting methods, and training

Your Experience And Qualifications

  • Level 6/2 specialization in a higher education program, higher education professional program,higher education professional (3 or 4 years, 1st Bologna cycle) and university program (1st Bologna cycle))3 Social, business, administrative and legal sciences,
  • Work experience in years: 3-5 years
  • Language skills: English - B2 - higher level
  • Computer skills: 2nd level
