Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG turns two teams into a factory team – and you can be part of it.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

• Production of high-quality photo and video content for internal and external communication channels
• Responsibility for the visual identity on all owned and earned media platforms
• Promoting innovative communication by utilising the latest technologies and trends
• Managing content production at our headquarters in Hinwil, the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg (Germany), during race weekends, and at other high-impact events
• Establishing a dynamic in-house content studio and collaborating closely with the Commercial Team on large-scale productions

Your profile

• At least 4 years experience in photo and video content creation
• Communications experience with proven success in fast-paced environments
• Passion for the latest digital technologies and trends with a focus on creative content solutions
• Creative mindset and out-of-the-box thinking
• Expertise in Video Editing & Motion Graphics
• Passion for F1 and motorsport in general
• Full professional proficiency in German or English and a willingness to learn a basic level in the corresponding other language are prerequisites
