Founder's Associate in a fast-growing AI Startup

Lightly AG is an official ETH and HSG Spin-off in the field of machine learning and computer vision. Our products are used by leading companies in autonomous driving, medical imaging, and visual inspection to curate visual data. 

We are looking for someone to take on the role of a lifetime: the position of Founder’s Associate. This person will work directly with our CEO/CTO and co-founders to help drive our vision. Ideally, this person is an aspiring entrepreneur or executive themselves who wants invaluable first-hand experience in running a tech start-up.

This job offers you the unique opportunity to join and grow within a Swiss Y-Combinator funded company. As an early hire, you will have a one-of-a-kind chance to help scale and build an incredible company in a hot industry. From sales calls to funding rounds to strategic planning, you will be calling the shots and taking ownership from day one. Some of your key responsibilities would include:

• Present Lightly’s technology and vision to prospective executives and technical contributors as well as customers


• Taking on and managing everything from daily tasks to high-profile challenges on the business side


• Work hands-on with prospects and customers throughout the entire sales cycle to demonstrate and communicate the value of Lightly's technology


• Be the right-hand-(wo)man to our co-founders and support them where needed

• Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (STEM or business)


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English


• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills


• Extremely versatile, hardworking, and ambitious


• Passion for entrepreneurship, technology, and innovation


• Strong business acumen and a flair for B2B consultative solution selling


• 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, tech/startup, or investment banking is required
