Key responsibilities

·        Monitor the activity on the OTC Trading Desk, including tracking fund inflows and outflows.

·        Assist in the accurate and timely execution of trades and settlements.

·        Collaborate with internal teams to resolve settlement-related issues and discrepancies.

·        Maintain internal databases, including records of trading activity and market insights.

·        Support liquidity management processes and inter-departmental collaboration to ensure optimal liquidity needs are met.

·        Work closely with operations to ensure regulatory compliance of trading practices (in accordance with KYC and AML procedures).

·        Assist senior team members with administrative and operational tasks related to the trading desk.

Job requirements  

·        Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

·        1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the crypto industry within finance, trading, or middle office roles.

·        Interest and foundational knowledge in the crypto industry and financial markets.

·        Proficiency in Excel, including basic functions like pivot tables and lookups.

·        Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

·        Understanding of trading platforms, order types, and execution strategies is a plus

·        Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

·        Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for working in a start-up environment.

·        Fluency in English; any additional languages are of advantage
