In this project, we are enhancing a key platform component, and we’re looking for a hybrid QA expert who brings both technical excellence and agile leadership. Currently, we are enhancing a key system within an existing platform by quickly adding high-quality, production-ready features.

We are a pragmatic, collaborative team that values ownership, delivery, and maintainability. We work in well-scoped environments that enable effective contribution without requiring architectural changes.

IF YOU ARE

A QA test automation engineer with 5+ years of experience in both automated and manual testing
Experienced in leading agile delivery, acting as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Lead
Proficient in automation frameworks: Playwright, Cypress, Selenium
Familiar with JavaScript, TypeScript
Highly skilled in front-end testing with Jest, React Testing Library
Experienced with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
Proficient in working with DataDog
Skilled in writing test strategies, cases, and maintaining robust automated test suites
Familiar with microservices, distributed systems, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Docker)
Focused on clear and effective communication, able to collaborate across engineering, product, and design
Fluent in English

AND YOU WANT TO

Own and execute test strategy for a scoped feature set in a production platform
Design and implement automated tests across UI and API layers
Run manual regression, exploratory, and smoke testing to ensure quality
Translate requirements into measurable test coverage and release criteria
Contribute to and maintain CI/CD-integrated testing pipelines
Use monitoring tools to track behavior, errors, and test effectiveness
Lead agile ceremonies like standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Keep the team aligned, accountable, and focused on high-quality delivery
