As a Junior Software Developer, you’ll be part of our Cloud Services Team — working alongside experienced developers and contributing to the design and development of scalable cloud-based solutions. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills, learn modern technologies, and gain experience in a meaningful and mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with the team to develop cloud-based applications and backend services using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Azure.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, with support and mentorship from senior team members.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to help ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• Contribute to improving team practices and tools as you learn more about the full development cycle.
• Continuously learn and stay curious about new technologies and ways of working.
• Support the team in maintaining and improving infrastructure through tools like Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and is excited about using technology to improve lives. You don’t need to have years of experience — what matters most is your curiosity, your willingness to grow, and your interest in backend and cloud technologies.

Ideally, you have:

• A foundational understanding of C#, .NET, and backend development.
• Some exposure to or interest in Azure and cloud-based infrastructure.
• A passion for solving problems and learning from others.
• The ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• A proactive mindset — you’re not afraid to ask questions, seek feedback, and take initiative.
