Technical Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Senior developer with 10+ years of experience in backend development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in GoLang microservices and practical exposure to cloud-native tools like GCP, Terraform, Pub/Sub, and GitHub Actions.

This role offers an opportunity to work on scalable enterprise systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute meaningfully to architecture and implementation decisions.

Primary Skills (Must-Have):

10+ years of experience in backend development, with strong command of GoLang and microservices architecture.

Expertise in deploying and managing solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Knowledge of Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes for cloud infrastructure and orchestration.

Familiarity with event-driven architecture, especially using Pub/Sub or similar messaging systems.

Strong problem-solving skills, code quality focus, and ability to lead technically complex projects.

Understanding of REST APIs, secure coding, and scalable architecture.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Exposure to Solace or similar messaging platforms.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with GitHub Actions.

Basic knowledge of monitoring/logging tools and DevOps workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality backend services using GoLang.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations for various microservices.

Deploy and manage services in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.

Integrate and configure messaging platforms like Solace as part of distributed systems.

Participate in design reviews, performance tuning, and code reviews to ensure best-in-class software quality
