Qualifications Needed:

• +7 years of experience from similar assignments/employments

• Program and Project management skills (+7 years of experience)

• Proven track record in driving transformation and change projects

• Leadership skills with proven leadership behaviour across cross-functional groups

• Extensive understanding and experience from working with IT, digitalization, technical requirements in a context of extensive transformation

• Ability to deliver accurate work with high quality under time pressure, even when deliveries are produced quickly

• Outstanding communication skills in both Swedish and English, along with the ability to analyse and communicate complex information simply and clearly

• Excellence in presenting as well as planning, preparing, and conducting workshops

• Strong analytical skills

• Solution-oriented approach with a goal-driven mindset

• Humble attitude with strong team player abilities

• Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel

• Experience from Banking and Finance, preferably within the field of Savings, Investment Advisory, and Asset Management

• Experience from APM and DPM is and extra plus
