Working As a .NET Developer, You Will

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using .NET (C#).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Contribute to architectural decisions and the overall technical strategy.
Ensure high code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
Monitor production systems and optimize applications for scalability and performance.
Take full ownership of solutions — from initial concept through deployment and support.

Qualifications

Strong experience in building backend systems with .NET (preferably .NET Core or later).
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and REST/gRPC APIs.
Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containers (Docker), and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP).
Commitment to clean code, security best practices, and performance optimization.
Passion for solving complex technical problems and a willingness to mentor others.
(Nice to have) Exposure to frontend technologies or experience as a full-stack developer.
(Nice to have) Familiarity with other programming paradigms or languages (e.g. Java, Kotlin, Go, Rust, Scala).
