Our Automated Banking System (ABS) is a key component of our infrastructure, designed to streamline operations and enhance user experiences.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our internal Automated Banking System (ABS). This role is crucial for ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within scope, and in line with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience with agile methodologies, and proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee the development and implementation of the internal ABS system.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure the security and integrity of transactions on the exchange.
• Integrate and maintain support for various blockchain protocols.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to optimize trading strategies.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and improvements.
• Provide technical support and expertise to resolve any issues related to the exchange.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in blockchain technology and crypto exchanges.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Blockchain/Crypto Exchange Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain protocols (Bitcoin, Ethereum, TRX, Tron).
• Strong understanding of crypto trading, liquidity management, and market-making.
• Familiarity with security best practices for crypto exchanges.
• Experience with smart contracts and decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian or Russian language.
