As we pioneer the future of retail media, we’re leveraging data and AI to build smarter, more personalized advertising solutions. We're looking for a Data Scientist to join our fast-growing team and shape the future of media in retail.
What You’ll Do
As a Data Scientist, you’ll use Mimeda’s rich retail and customer data to develop machine learning models and actionable insights that directly fuel targeted advertising and business growth for leading brands.
- Build predictive models such as propensity scoring, customer segmentation, recommendation systems, and demand forecasting.
- Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover consumer insights, media performance drivers, and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with brand, sales, and engineering teams to translate business needs into data science solutions.
- Continuously test, validate, and refine models to improve campaign targeting and personalization.
- Explore and prototype new algorithms, including Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, etc.)
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles
- Strong skills in Python (e.g., Scikit-learn, XGBoost, Pandas) and SQL
- Solid background in applied ML modeling and statistical analysis
- Experience working with retail, e-commerce, or digital advertising data is a big plus
- Familiarity with open-source platforms (Airflow, Gitlab, Kubernetes, etc.) is a plus
- Curiosity and interest in LLMs / Generative AI is a plus
