Digital Strategy & Investment Lead - Blockchain & AI

Requirements

• Familiarity with blockchain and/or AI concepts – practical experience is a strong plus
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Ability to work in agile or hybrid project environment
• 3–5 years of experience in project management in financial services (asset management, banking, fintech)

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing elements of BNPP AM’s digital asset roadmap, including:

• Tokenized assets (pilot monitoring, documentation)
• Support in preparation of materials for blockchain committees and forums
  
  

• Support in market trend analysis (quarterly) and ad-hoc research on blockchain applications in asset management
• Contribute to internal awareness of blockchain by preparing internal content and participating in knowledge-sharing session
• Assist AI project leads with:
• Data collection for KPI tracking related to AI initiatives
• Preparation of presentation materials and project updates
• Documentation of AI use cases and outcomes
• Collaborate on innovation projects as a project contributor or co-pilot
• Participate in meetings and working groups focused on digital transformation
• Coordinate input from stakeholders (business, IT, compliance, legal) for assigned project activities
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and task tracking using internal tools
• Assist in TAC/NAC preparation and support the project lead with required documentation
