We are currently looking for an Information Technology Specialist to join our Nespresso team.

Location: İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As an Information Technology Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Serve as liaison between Nestlé Systems and Nespresso users.
• Ensure smooth operation of systems and reporting structures.
• Create and manage reports following business needs and Key Performance Indicator standards.
• Coordinate with Headquarter Business Intelligence team on reports and tools.
• Manage hardware needs and inventory.
• Support hardware and software installations and telephone systems.
• Assist local markets with new projects and setups.
  
  

Which profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven Information Systems Portfolio Management experience.
• Skilled in Business Intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power Business Intelligince(MS Power BI), SAP Hana Webi Tool and Snowflake for reporting and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of database systems such as Oracle, Microsoft Structured Query Language(MSSQL) and to be skilled in Structured Query Language (SQL) queries.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
