Associate Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join a high-impact digital health initiative that is shaping the future of healthcare in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced product leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful, user-centered features. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle—from strategy and execution to optimization and analytics—with a clear path to grow into a future product leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in defining product features, specifications, and roadmap priorities

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and healthcare teams to develop and deliver user-centric solutions

• Analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions

• Support testing processes, track bugs, and contribute to continuous product improvements

• Maintain clear product documentation, user stories, and internal communications to ensure team alignment

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, or a tech-related role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Basic understanding of product development processes and UX principles

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Familiarity with mobile apps, APIs, and tools like JIRA, Figma, or Google Analytics is a plus

• Proactive, detail-oriented, curious, and passionate about technology and healthcare
