User Experience Designer - 6 Month Contractor

Responsibilities：

• Lead end-to-end design for cross-border payment products (UI/UX, workflows).
• Collaborate with fiat deposit/withdrawal teams to deliver intuitive solutions for channels like P2P.
• Ensure seamless usability, drive UX improvements, and boost user satisfaction.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and data metrics to refine designs.

Skills & Competency:

• Portfolio showcasing payment/fintech product designs.
• Strong data-driven mindset and familiarity with compliance/localization needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field; overseas education is a plus.
• 1+ years of UI/UX experience; preference for candidates with growth design, motion graphics, or visual design skills.
• Welcome to university students/fresh graduates.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite; strong product and interaction design thinking.
• Ability to balance business goals with user experience, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in fintech, digital assets, blockchain, or Web3 is highly preferred.
