Job Purpose

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI and Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, machine learning, and real-time data processing. This role involves designing scalable AI systems, building efficient data pipelines, and integrating machine learning models into production environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Backend & Infrastructure Development
  • Design, implement, and maintain microservice-based backends using FastAPI, Docker, and Kubernetes on AWS.
  • Optimize performance and scalability using caching, message brokers (e.g., Redis ARQ, Kafka), and asynchronous processing.
  • AI & Machine Learning Engineering
  • Develop and deploy ML pipelines including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) chatbots using LangChain, GROQ, and Chainlit.
  • Build and deploy computer vision models (e.g., YOLO-based object detection) for tasks like license plate recognition and scratch detection.
  • Create and maintain deep learning environments using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and containerization tools.
  • Data Engineering
  • Design event-driven data workflows and implement real-time streaming solutions.
  • Perform database operations with SQLAlchemy, Alembic, and Oracle SQL for effective schema management and migration.
  • Develop web scrapers and ETL systems to gather and process large-scale unstructured and structured datasets.
  • DevOps & CI/CD
  • Maintain and improve automated testing and deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions.
  • Collaborate on containerized ML model deployment and scalable API integrations.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Programming Languages: Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, Bash, SQL
  • Frameworks/Tools: FastAPI, Docker, Redis, Kafka, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain
  • Cloud & DevOps: AWS, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Docker
  • Database: SQLAlchemy, Alembic, Oracle SQL
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in building custom AI pipelines and deploying LLMs in production
  • Past internships or project experience in enterprise environments (e.g., Emaar Properties)
  • Knowledge of container orchestration and model optimization for inference
  • Exposure to frontend technologies or visualization tools (e.g., Streamlit, Qt3D)
