execution.
Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and negotiate new business opportunities with creators, platforms, protocols, and investors
- Build and manage long-term partnerships within the Web3 and creator economy landscapes
- Support event activations, PR campaigns, and co-branded initiatives with partners
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure smooth partner onboarding and execution
- Maintain a strong understanding of trends in crypto, NFTs, DAOs, and digital media to drive proactive outreach
- Represent the company at virtual and physical industry events, conferences, and community gatherings
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales—preferably in tech, crypto, or media
- Established network within the Web3 space and/or creator economy (influencers, platforms, DAOs, protocols, etc.)
- Excellent communication, pitch, and negotiation skills with a strong follow-up instinct
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized environment
